Inspire, the largest social network for patients and caregivers, is hiring a Marketing Manager to support Inspire’s member growth and engagement initiatives. We are looking for an experienced Search leader to help drive our top of funnel growth. As the Search Engine Marketing Manager you will develop a holistic search marketing strategy (Paid and Organic) that fuels member growth.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll function as the subject matter expert and drives SEM strategy, analysis, campaign management, testing and creating long-term action plans that create results. You’ll also closely analyze Inspire’s SEO metrics, optimize and deploy new SEO and product solutions, test new hypotheses, and scale our organic customer acquisition through search traffic.
Develop SEO site architecture strategy and vision working our Member Growth team.
Work with our marketing team on content promotion and backlink outreach.
Work closely with traditional and paid search to ensure a strong and seamless search journey across channels
Ensure SEO health check with technical audits and content audits
Oversee and guide SEO and SEM analysis and recommendations to improve brand’s visibility and engagement
Manage corporate level relationships with Google Account Management
Set guidelines and provide recommendations for marketers, developers, and designers
Educate the organization on Search trends and best practices.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of experience at leading strategic holistic planning and activation of Search (SEM and SEO)
Deep understanding of how Paid Search/SEM interacts with Display Media, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliate, Feeds, Mobile, Social and Attribution
Extensive track record of proven success in SEO marketing and experience using SEO tools
Exceptional knowledge of standard search industry reporting and diagnostic tools, Ad-serving and Bid Management technologies and Enterprise-level SEO platforms (e.g. including Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SimilarWeb, BrightEdge)
Experience developing internal reporting tools with the ability to “tell the story” to brand teams and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented with focus on delivering results
Well-honed communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Experience working with User Generated Content highly desired
BS/BA in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or other similar areas
