Product Manager - Member Growth

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Inspire, a social network for patients and caregivers, has a mission to accelerate medical research through a world of connected patients.  In line with this mission, we are searching for a Product Manager - Member Growth to understand the user base of each of our over 230 communities and determine how to optimize the user journey from end-to-end. You will be working on Top of the Funnel and Middle of the Funnel strategies. will work with Head of Member Growth to dive into user behavioral data, conduct user interviews, run experiments, and communicate progress to the organization.

WHAT WE NEED

Passion about health and the user experience as well as Empathy are characteristics we are seeking in this role.  If you have experience in executing Acquisition strategies around SEO, Influencer Campaigns, as well as the bullseye framework to get traction channels in addition to understanding of Retention initiatives around a/b email testing, lifecycle marketing, and churn prevention campaigns then this may be the position you are looking for!

Minimum Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in product management or marketing 
  • Define, analyze and ship high tempo experiments, while working with engineers
  • Understanding of AARRR Funnel, and each stage of the process
  • Strong experience with A/B testing tools and user analytics
  • Experience with SaaS marketing stack: email marketing automation, Analytics platforms, experimentation tools
  • Highly analytical, creative, entrepreneurial, and not afraid of taking on new challenges, and pushing initiatives
  • Loves data (quantitative), and not afraid to talk to users  (qualitative)
  • Desire to want to make an impact
  • Experience prioritizing, communicating, and influencing teams
  • Team player working cross-functionally with marketing, design, data, and engineering
  • Portfolios of UX interviews, product designs, blog articles, write-ups

Highly Desired Skills

  • Experience with building B2C products
  • Experience in launching a mobile product
